Nothing communicated by the Company shall be interpreted as:

• Warranty certification.
• Warranty authorization.

The Company cannot guarantee that a recommended product will preserve, maintain, or enhance any OEM warranty.

Customers must independently verify warranty implications with equipment manufacturers.

Technical recommendations shall not constitute:

Customers shall remain solely responsible for compliance with:

Customers must independently verify all AI-generated recommendations before relying upon them.

The Company shall not be liable for decisions made solely on the basis of AI-generated outputs.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Get Lubricants, NexG Petrolube Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, technical experts, engineers, affiliates, suppliers, licensors, technology providers, and business partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or economic damages arising from technical advice or recommendations.

This includes damages relating to:

• Production losses.
• Downtime.
• Maintenance costs.
• Warranty disputes.
• Product incompatibility.

In all circumstances, the aggregate liability of the Company relating to technical advisory services shall not exceed the actual purchase value of the products directly associated with the claim.

Where no product purchase has occurred, the Company's liability shall be deemed to be zero to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Customers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Get Lubricants, NexG Petrolube Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, engineers, affiliates, technology providers, licensors, and business partners against all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, penalties, and expenses arising from:

• Environmental incidents.
• Safety incidents.

Technical assistance provided by Get Lubricants shall not replace independent professional advice from:

• Engineers.
• Equipment manufacturers.
• Maintenance professionals.
• Safety consultants.
• Regulatory advisors.
• Environmental specialists.

Customers are encouraged to obtain independent expert opinions where appropriate.

Nothing in this Policy shall exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

However, customers acknowledge that technical recommendations involve assumptions, estimates, interpretations, and information limitations which may affect outcomes.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to technical assistance, recommendations, advisory services, consultations, reports, AI-generated outputs, or related matters shall be governed by the laws of India.

Such disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

Subject to the arbitration provisions, the courts situated in Kolkata, West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

The Company reserves the right to amend, revise, update, suspend, replace, or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice.

The latest version published on the platform shall govern future interactions unless otherwise required by law.
