Governing Law

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising from or relating to this Privacy Policy shall be subject to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat and venue of arbitration being Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

Subject to the arbitration provisions, courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
