1. Introduction
Get Lubricants is a brand owned, operated, managed, and controlled by NexG Petrolube Private Limited ("Company"), a company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
This Shipping, Delivery, Title Transfer and Logistics Policy governs the shipment, transportation, delivery, handling, receipt, risk allocation, title transfer, logistics arrangements, freight charges, delivery obligations, customer responsibilities, and associated matters relating to products purchased through Get Lubricants.
This Policy shall be read together with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Payment Policy, Returns & Refund Policy, Product Authenticity Policy, and all other policies published by the Company.
By placing an order through Get Lubricants, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees to the terms contained herein.
2. Nature of Shipping Services
Get Lubricants facilitates the sale and delivery of lubricants, oils, greases, coolants, automotive fluids, industrial lubricants, specialty chemicals, maintenance products, equipment, accessories, and related products through its network of warehouses, authorized distributors, OEM partners, sellers, transport providers, courier agencies, freight operators, and logistics partners.
Delivery services may be performed by:
- The Company.
- Authorized distributors.
- Third-party logistics providers.
- Courier companies.
- Surface transport operators.
- Freight forwarding agencies.
- OEM-authorized delivery partners.
- Marketplace sellers.
The Company reserves the right to determine the most appropriate delivery mechanism based upon product type, delivery location, regulatory requirements, inventory availability, packaging requirements, hazardous material considerations, and operational efficiency.
3. Serviceable Locations
The Company endeavors to deliver products across India through available logistics networks.
However, deliveries may not be available in all locations due to:
- Government restrictions.
- Environmental regulations.
- Hazardous goods transportation restrictions.
- Courier limitations.
- Geographic accessibility.
- Security concerns.
- Force majeure events.
The Company reserves the right to decline delivery requests for any location without assigning any reason.
4. Order Processing
Orders shall be processed only after:
- Successful payment confirmation.
- Completion of fraud screening procedures.
- Internal verification checks.
- Product availability confirmation.
- Regulatory compliance review where applicable.
Order confirmation emails, invoices, payment acknowledgements, order numbers, or automated notifications shall not constitute acceptance of an order.
The Company reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, delay, split, or reject any order at any stage prior to dispatch.
5. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines displayed on the platform are estimates only and are provided solely for customer convenience.
Such timelines are not guaranteed and shall not constitute binding commitments.
Delivery schedules may vary due to:
- Product availability.
- Inventory transfers.
- Supplier delays.
- Transportation disruptions.
- Weather conditions.
- Public holidays.
- Regulatory inspections.
- State border restrictions.
- Traffic congestion.
- Labor disruptions.
- Security incidents.
No compensation shall be payable for delivery delays unless expressly mandated by applicable law.
6. Industrial Lubricants and Bulk Shipments
Certain products sold through Get Lubricants including industrial oils, hydraulic oils, transformer oils, compressor oils, process oils, marine lubricants, greases, specialty chemicals, drums, barrels, IBC containers, and bulk lubricant consignments may require specialized transportation and handling procedures.
Such products may be subject to:
- Additional transportation timelines.
- Freight surcharges.
- Regulatory documentation requirements.
- Safety compliance procedures.
- Specialized unloading arrangements.
Customers shall ensure availability of appropriate unloading facilities, storage infrastructure, manpower, equipment, and safety procedures at the delivery location.
Any delays, damages, detention charges, unloading costs, demurrage charges, or losses arising from customer-side inadequacies shall be borne exclusively by the customer.
7. Title Transfer and Risk of Loss
Ownership and risk associated with products shall transfer to the customer upon successful delivery at the delivery location specified in the order.
Where products are delivered through transporters or freight carriers selected by the customer, title and risk shall transfer immediately upon handover of goods to such transporter.
After transfer of risk, the Company shall not be responsible for:
- Theft.
- Misuse.
- Mishandling.
- Storage-related deterioration.
- Product contamination.
- Leakage.
- Environmental exposure.
- Product degradation.
8. Customer Inspection Obligations
Upon receipt of products, customers shall immediately inspect:
- Packaging condition.
- Product quantity.
- Product description.
- Batch numbers.
- Manufacturing details.
- Leakage.
- Physical damage.
- Tampering indicators.
Any visible damage, shortage, leakage, incorrect product, or delivery discrepancy must be reported within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery.
Failure to report such issues within the prescribed period shall constitute conclusive acceptance of the shipment.
9. Courier Liability Limitations
The Company utilizes third-party logistics providers and courier agencies for transportation services.
The Company shall not be liable for losses, damages, delays, theft, pilferage, non-delivery, misrouting, or transportation incidents caused by independent logistics providers beyond the Company's reasonable control.
In the event of transportation-related claims, the Company's maximum liability shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid for the affected products.
Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for:
- Loss of business.
- Production downtime.
- Equipment shutdown.
- Commercial losses.
- Consequential damages.
- Indirect damages.
- Loss of profits.
- Contractual penalties suffered by customers.
10. Hazardous Materials and Special Products
Certain products sold through the platform may be classified as regulated materials, hazardous substances, flammable products, chemical products, or environmentally controlled materials.
Customers shall be solely responsible for ensuring:
- Compliance with storage regulations.
- Safe handling procedures.
- Employee training requirements.
- Environmental compliance obligations.
- Occupational safety requirements.
The Company shall not be responsible for accidents, contamination events, injuries, fires, spills, environmental incidents, or regulatory violations arising after delivery.
11. Wrong Application of Lubricants
The Company supplies products based upon customer selection, manufacturer specifications, product descriptions, and available technical information.
The Company does not guarantee that any lubricant, oil, grease, coolant, additive, or specialty fluid purchased through the platform is suitable for any specific equipment, vehicle, engine, machine, industrial process, or application.
Customers must independently verify compatibility with OEM recommendations and equipment requirements.
The Company shall not be liable for:
- Engine damage.
- Equipment failure.
- Warranty rejection.
- Mechanical breakdown.
- Production losses.
- Lubrication failures.
- Reduced equipment life.
- Operational disruptions.
This exclusion includes issues arising from improper product selection, misuse, mixing of incompatible lubricants, incorrect storage, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.
12. Bulk Order Exclusions
Orders involving bulk quantities, institutional procurement, industrial supply contracts, project supplies, tender-based procurement, and customized sourcing arrangements may be governed by separate commercial agreements.
Such orders may not qualify for:
- Standard delivery commitments.
- Consumer return rights.
- Promotional offers.
- Free shipping programs.
- Retail refund policies.
Separate contractual terms shall prevail in case of conflict.
13. Fraud Prevention and Delivery Security
The Company reserves the right to implement fraud prevention measures including:
- OTP verification.
- Identity verification.
- Delivery confirmation procedures.
- Address validation.
- Payment verification.
- Account reviews.
Where fraud, suspicious activity, chargeback abuse, repeated claims, delivery manipulation, false complaints, or misuse is suspected, the Company may:

- Suspend accounts.
- Cancel orders.
- Refuse deliveries.
- Initiate investigations.
- Report matters to law enforcement authorities.
15. GST Invoicing and Tax Compliance
All deliveries shall be accompanied by invoices, e-invoices, delivery challans, tax invoices, e-way bills, or other documentation as required under applicable tax laws.
Customers requesting GST invoices must provide accurate GST registration details at the time of order placement.
The Company shall not be responsible for:
- Incorrect GST information submitted by customers.
- Input tax credit disallowances.
- Tax authority disputes.
- Classification disputes.
- Compliance failures arising from inaccurate customer information.
Any request for modification of GST information after invoice generation shall be subject to applicable legal restrictions and Company approval.
16. E-Commerce Compliance Disclosures
In accordance with applicable provisions of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the Company endeavors to provide accurate information relating to:
- Product descriptions.
- Pricing.
- Taxes.
- Delivery charges.
- Return eligibility.
- Seller information where applicable.
- Customer support channels.
However, inadvertent errors, omissions, system limitations, supplier updates, catalog inaccuracies, and technical issues may occur.
The Company reserves the right to correct any such errors without liability.
17. Consumer Protection Compliance
Nothing contained in this Policy shall restrict any non-waivable rights available to consumers under applicable law.
However, customers acknowledge that:
- Delivery timelines are estimates.
- Product availability is dynamic.
- Certain products are sourced from third parties.
- Transportation involves risks beyond the Company's control.
The Company shall make reasonable efforts to address genuine customer grievances in accordance with applicable consumer protection requirements.
18. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, suspension, or failure of delivery arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control including natural disasters, floods, cyclones, earthquakes, pandemics, epidemics, government actions, import restrictions, export restrictions, transportation disruptions, labor strikes, cyberattacks, terrorism, war, civil unrest, utility failures, fuel shortages, environmental restrictions, regulatory inspections, customs delays, or any other force majeure event.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the aggregate liability of Get Lubricants, NexG Petrolube Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, suppliers, technology partners, logistics partners, and service providers arising out of or relating to delivery services shall not exceed the actual amount paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or special damages.
20. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from or relating to shipment, delivery, logistics services, transportation arrangements, freight charges, delivery failures, delays, shortages, damages, or associated matters shall be governed by the laws of India.
Such disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
Subject to the arbitration provisions, courts situated in Kolkata, West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
21. Policy Amendments
The Company reserves the right to modify, update, revise, replace, suspend, or amend this Policy at any time without prior notice.
The latest version published on the platform shall govern all future transactions unless otherwise required by applicable law.
